Pran Mudra
The Pran Mudra activates the root chakra and increases vitality. This can be done up to half an hour a day or three times a day for 15 minutes.
* The tips of the thumb, ring finger and little finger should be taken together while the index finger and the middle finger remain extended.
* This Mudra can be done with both hands.
