

Massage the Neck.
Massage the points along the back of the neck and on the back along the cervical vertebrae. Start from the shoulders and go up to the base of the skull. (Fig. 4.45) Use your fist to hit along the neck. (Fig. 4.46) Find any painful spots and any tense spots and masĀsage until they are released. This will greatly help to release the tension of the neck and help to detoxify the toxic accumulations in the neck area, the causes of many headaches.
